Are you a student looking for an internship in an entrepreneurial company? Throughout the year we have a position available for one student intern, 3 to 5 days per week, in our New York City studio. As an intern you will work with both our studio and stores teams. Your day might include quality control, tagging and distributing merchandise from our studio to our stores; organizing tech packs, samples, fabrics and notions to launch the production of a new style; collecting imagery and writing copy for newsletters, organizing samples before, during and after a photoshoot; hand cutting samples; brainstorming and implementing social media ideas; uploading new products to our website... and a ton more.

The role of our Marin store manager is an active, on the floor, entrepreneurial position that runs the store from A-Z. This includes but is not limited to daily fit and styling sessions, nurturing ongoing relationships with visitors, executing operational excellence from visual merchandising to technology to our RFID inventory management system and more. Overall, our store managers ensure the highest level of connection and create a wow experience for all.

The role also includes building lasting and inspiring relationships with our neighbors in the Mart as well as working with our local community to build our business via collaborations and events. It's a nuanced, proactive role that resonates beyond the walls of our stores with opportunities to travel.
