On the day of a mid-winter blizzard we heard the sound of horns and when we peered out our window we saw the FedEx dude helping the UPS dude to shovel out his big brown truck, stuck in the snow...we love our fearless pick-up and drop-off warriors!

domestic shipping


we ship all domestic orders via UPS.


we ship orders mon - fri between 10am - 3pm. orders received after 3pm New York city time will ship the next business day.

ground: 3 to 6 business days - $15 

2nd day: 2 business days - $30. for expedited shipping we need to receive all orders by 3pm EST *saturday not included

overnight: 1 business day - $75. for expedited shipping we need to receive all orders by 3pm EST *saturday not included

shipping to hawaii: two-day air only - $75. no UPS ground or overnight shipments to Hawaii. delivery may vary depending on UPS delivery schedule.


all orders are delivered “no signature required”. if you are concerned about theft of a package please email onlineorders@maliamills.com + let us know you would like your shipment with a signature required.


international shipping


malia mills ships worldwide.

we now ship all international orders via ups i-parcel.

at checkout, the cost of shipping + duties and taxes will be calculated to be paid upfront.

please allow 7-14 business days for delivery.

returns or exchanges including duties and taxes are paid by the customer.

when choosing expedited shipping service, please keep in mind that shipping times include business days only - no saturday delivery!

we do our absolute best to get your order to you as quickly as possible! however, once we hand a package off, we are at the mercy of ups. 


exchanges + returns

in order to be eligible for exchange or return:

all goods must be clean, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, and in sellable condition.
all tags, hygienic liners, and straps must be intact.
all goods must be received by us within 14 days from the day you received your package.
all goods must be accompanied by the completed rtchi form (request one below).

all accessories and sale items are final sale.

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE IN-STORE

visit any of our stores with your sales receipt, and one of our sales gals can help you to find the right size or style or process your return.


HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE VIA MAIL

fill out the below form and christine, our web guru extraordinaire, will send you your return chi (RTchi) slip and info for where to ship back your goods.



some important reminders regarding your shipment!

  • repackage your exchange/return securely - reuse the box, bag, and tissue you received your order in to prevent any damage or excessive wrinkling during transport.
  • return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. we don't accept any returns cod. shipping charges are not refundable.  
  • allow approximately one week for delivery of your exchange/return package. we will refund the credit card used to make your purchase within 5 days of receipt of return. it generally takes 1 to 2 billing cycles for your refund to appear on your statement. 
  • insure the box. important! be sure to insure the box, otherwise if it is lost we cannot process the lost goods for return or exchange.
