"united tony service!" this was the daily pick up line exclaimed by our UPS guy for the 15 years our studio was in the garment center in the heart of new york city. imagine how stoked we were when our new UPS guy in brooklyn introduced himself as none other than tony. kismet...! on the day of a mid winter blizzard we heard the sound of horns and when we peered out our window we saw the fed ex dude helping the UPS dude to shovel out his big brown truck, stuck in the snow... we love our fearless pick up and drop off warriors...!

domestic shipping

malia mills ships all domestic orders via UPS.
we ship orders monday-friday between 10am and 6pm.

ground: 3-5 business days - $15.

2nd day: 2 business days - $30. for expedited shipping we need to receive all orders by 3pm EST

overnight: 1 business day - $75. for expedited shipping we need to receive all orders by 3pm EST

overnight saturday delivery: 1 business day and delivered on saturday - $75. for expedited shipping we need to receive all orders by 3pm EST 

shipping to hawaii: two-day air only - $75. no UPS ground or overnight shipments to Hawaii. delivery may vary depending on UPS delivery schedule.

all orders are delivered “no signature required”. if you are concerned about theft of a package please email  onlineorders@maliamills.com and let us know you would like your shipment with a signature required.

international shipping

malia mills can ship anywhere in the world.

we ship all international orders via YSDS.

please email  onlineorders@maliamills.com with your international shipping address and we will respond with shipping options.

international shipping flat rate $60. all duties and taxes are paid by the customer. don't forget this added expense when placing an international order.

exchanges or returns - two ways to rock:

in-store exchanges or returns

please visit any one of our stores with your sales receipt and one of our sales gals will assist you to find the right size or style or will issue you a refund to your credit card.

mail-in exchanges or returns - 5 steps:

1. request an RTchi form, fill out, and return it to malia mills with your goods

2. confirm that the goods you ship follow these guidelines: 

  • all goods need to be received by us within 14 days from the day you received your package.
  • all goods need to be accompanied by the completed RTchi form.
  • all goods need to be accompanied by the original receipt or a gift receipt.
  • all goods need to be clean, unworn, unwashed and be in sellable condition.
  • all tags, panty-liners and straps need to be intact.
  • we don't accept any goods for exchange or return that are worn, damaged or altered from their original condition.
  • be sure to repackage your exchange/return securely. reuse the box, bag, and tissue you received your order in to prevent any damage or excessive wrinkling during transport.
  • include one copy of the web order invoice in your package. write clearly either returns or exchange department on your package. we urge you to insure the package, if for some reason we don’t receive the package we cannot exchange or return your purchase unless it has been insured.
  • return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. we don't accept any returns COD. shipping charges are not refundable.  
  • allow approximately one week for delivery of your exchange/return package. we will refund the credit card used to make your purchase within 5 days of receipt of return. it generally takes 1 to 2 billing cycles for your refund to appear on your statement. 

3. insure the box. important! be sure to insure the box, otherwise if it is lost we cannot process the lost goods for return or exchange.
