Return policy
We will consider goods for refund or exchange only under the following conditions:
• A return or exchange must be made within 14 days of your purchase. We cannot refund or exchange goods after this two week window.
• You must have the original receipt or a gift receipt. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges without either the original or a gift receipt.
• Goods must be clean, unworn, unwashed and be in saleable condition. We cannot accept any goods that are in any way damaged or altered from their original condition.
• All tags, panty liners and straps must be intact. We cannot accept any goods without these.
• Shipping is NOT refundable unless it is an error on the part of Malia Mills
For goods to be considered for a refund or exchange every one of the above conditions must be met. No exceptions please!

At Malia Mills we design swimwear out of a variety of different fabrics. We see our swimwear collection a lot like a sportswear collection. In your closet you might have a pair of jeans, a silk dress, a cotton tee shirt, a hand knit sweater... Some of these fabrics can withstand more wear and tear while others need to betreated gently. Please recognize the same holds true for the swimwear in our collection.
• We do not take responsibility for goods that have been "mistreated" (like throwing a cashmere sweater in the machine wash).
• We do not take responsibility for goods that are "misused" (like wearing a bias cut silk dress to go hiking).
• We do not take responsibility for goods that are "misunderstood" (like wearing a strapless top in a diving competition).
• We do not take responsibility for goods that do not meet your "individual modesty requirements." Pale colors tend to be more revealing when wet, and can be sheer, despite additional layers of lining; lightweight fabrics tend to show more texture when wet, despite a layer of lining. Please keep your personal comfort zone in mind when making your purchase!
• We do not take responsibility for goods that have been stained by sunscreen, self-tanner or lotion. Pale colors may react to lotions. Please make sure you are completely dry after applying any lotion before you put on your suit. Please make sure to be careful when reapplying lotion to not get it on your suit!
